Appalling customer service, I find it quite frankly embarrassing that a company of this scale had the audacity to leave me a voicemail stating that they have to move my appointment as “there is no optometrist available” after booking it in and sorting out a lift (as I was advised not to drive) as-well as booking time of work. In the voicemail I was told to call back to get an earlier time on the same date when I called back I was told they are shut on that day. And the next available appointment is the 17 days later. The lady on the phone stated “it’s not our fault” which I found extremely patronising and condescending. If they can’t manage a simple calendar how can you trust this company with your eyes.
