Failed to provide crucial information about the appointment before a laser eye surgery consultation. I arrived there just to be told the appointment could not go ahead. Receptionist seemed sorry but couldn't provide another appointment for a fortnight. Overall cannot recommend and does not inspire confidence.

I received excellent care from my first consultation through to having new lenses fitted in my eyes . All of the stages were explained to me in depth throughout. The operation was carried out in around 15mins and I can say I’ve never put a pair of glasses on my head since . A spec thanks to all staff and to Troy in Oxford and laila who I met in Milton Keynes and also in Oxford . Thanks Nigel

I had a multi focal lense replacement in august this year at Bristol, the treatment I received was amazing the results are amazing to the whole team at Bristol were brilliant made me feel very relaxed, I have since been looked after by the Oxford branch, Again after care was great and still ongoing nothing is to much trouble ,I phoned with a problem they made me an appointment for the same day .Brilliant Service I am a pensioner and my eyes are the best they have ever been.
