Very disappointing… I was very excited at the prospect of my super anti ageing facial! Unfortunately a couple of days before I was called and told the machine needed had been double booked.. or someone more important wanted it perhaps… They rescheduled and told I would receive a text to let me know the day and time as I had nothing with me to write it down. I never received confirmation and then unfortunately had to go to Ireland as my Father had a stroke. Missed the appointment. I let them know and they said I could rebook but my deposit was lost. Unfair. Won’t be rebooking.
