I found this company after an internet search and I’m so pleased I did. I made an initial enquiry by telephone and spoke with a gentleman who explained the process. Organising an order of service booklet was new to me as in the past the funeral director used to take care of this but due to Covid this was no longer an option. Nick was extremely helpful. During the whole process I found Nick extremely patient and helpful, especially with regards to the photos. The video with hints on how to take a photo of a photo is well worth watching. This was an order of service for my Great Aunt so information and photos were relayed to me from immediate family and then on to Nick. So there were slight delays from my side. The turnaround time is amazing and the quality of the product is fantastic. Above all, nothing was too much trouble for Nick - even when I did give an incorrect postcode for delivery! I just want to thank Nick for all his assistance from the very start of my enquiry through to delivery.
