We've used Ortaggi 3 times now during lock down and really like the quick delivery and the quality of the products, plus it's one of the few companies which deliver to our SE6 postcode with it being in close proximity to Beckenham ... plus it beats the supermarkets in these times! The products last 1-1.5 weeks for the two of us and we tend to order every couple of weeks to mix it up. What would make it better is if the veg was not wrapped in plastic bags but loose in the box to help reduce single use plastic. We had an unfortunate incident when the first order was delivered in the early hours of the morning and was left outside without ringing the doorbell. The foxes got to our eggs and damaged the bread bag but both were replaced on the next order and I now ask that they ring the bell.
