    I cannot be more disappointed with my experience here. Mr. Hodge's never replied my email or phone call after the scanning had carried out. I was simply wanting to discuss the result but have not receveid any feedback although I have tried to get in touch on a weekly basis. I have to suffer a pain in my teeth for 3 months before I recieved an email back from Mr. Hodges. My health insurance runs out and I was been chased by the debit collector for another couple of months, for the cost of a follow up appointment to discuss my scanning result. I have kindly asked for a contact to discuss but never heard anything back which further proves the poor services. I am extremly furious about the lack of communication, as I was bearing a pain for 3 months. This is clearly not the customer services I expect to receive from a private health care agent. UPDATE: I have spoken with Vlad who is really helpful, makes completely contrast to the previous administration. He sincerely appologies for my poor experience and offered help with the refund. I am satisfied with the progress as it is significantly different from before and believe with his adminitration my unfortunate case won't happen again here.

This surgery successfully helped me in recovering from constant pain and helped in slowing down my arthritis given my age my doctor advised me that I will have a full recovery and be fully movilized and able to have a normal life sooner than expected .
