Hotel bar/ restaurant at Charlotte Street Hotel. It’s a good place to stop by for a post-dinner coffee or tea. They still serve hot drinks at night, and even though you won’t be their main customer segment, they won’t kick you out.

Would very rarely ever give a 1*, but after a politely conducted discussion with the manager we were met with a weird level of anger and had the menu thrown across the bar. Never seen anything like it. The bar staff were lovely and the drinks were good but this was totally inexcusable behaviour

Lovely afternoon tea - a little more laid back than Claridge's (and slightly more tasteful decor). For anyone staying at the Charlotte Street hotel: Try to block out the library - It makes for a more private and cozy experience!
