Been with them around 5 months. Reply time is awful. No reports through yet. VAT process im currently going through is stressful enough and osome making it worse by not keeping me updated or replying. Currently gone 45 hours with no replying. When one of your selling points is 24 hour response time this is an awful service.

Looks and sounds great but once they get your money the service is pretty poor. Andrew and Assel did a good job signing me up for VAT but the accountants Yin and Sharan haven't produced any reports in months. 4 months and no books!

Good concept, but service delivery doesn't follow through. Excellent sales team, and putting their effort & funding into fast growth - unfortunately the day-to-day management doesn't match and there's a disconnect between USPs used for marketing and actual service level in reality.

Not even worth the 1 star, but had to click it to leave a review. My meeting was with Sabah, who could not be bothered to attend at the scheduled time. I was notified of the change just 35 minutes before my meeting was supposed to take place. I guess Osome think we have nothing else to do except wait on them. Rubbish unproffessional company. There are firms out there that are much better and cost less.
