The response to my initial email was very quick followed up by a phone call where everything was explained in a very detailed manner and all my questions were answered and there was no hard sell. I was given many options and price ranges that would suit my requirements. I excepted over the phone and luckily there was a installation gap the next day. The installer was punctual smart and very knowledgeable. He did a full survey and explained everything to me and then once I was happy carried out the work in a Efficient and tidy manner. Then took time to explain the functions of the system and made sure i understood fully. The service from start to finish was fantastic. I would highly recommend using this company.
