Absolutely outstanding experience. Despite there being a couple of clients in already, I was made to feel totally valued. The customer service was exceptional. The decor features great attention to detail, calming, yet light and vibrant. The energy from the rooms and the staff is felt to be positive and welcoming, I instantly felt relaxed. As someone who is relatively well experienced in receiving treatments, I can honestly say this was one of the best quality experiences I have had. I will most definitely be coming back again.

If I could I would have given this place 0 stars. I wish someone else would have left an honest review about this ruffled place. Only positive thing about wasting my time and money here is that I can at least feel good about warning others from going. I did a mistake of buying a package of several infrared saunas. First of all the place is very humid with a mould smell. Super dark in the basement where the "salon" takes place with a big hole to the ground which they covered with a carpet. The sauna itself was never properly cleaned(hairs and dead skin from the person before me). Had to bring my own towels because I could not trust theirs were clean judging from the rest of the place and did not feel comfortable showering there since the old shower was in a separate room that was super cold. And on top of that really bad energy from the owner who was being fake nice. Left the place feeling sick and would not recommend this for anyone, would not even return if I was being paid. Protect your energy and body, do a research and never buy a package of treatments before trying it out.

Really enjoyed my experience at Pur Wellness. The team are great, very professional, the clinic is really nice and radiates a wellness feel as soon as you step in.
