We decided to go with Packnet after meeting them at their offices in Manchester, at the time we were based round the corner so we initially like the fact they were local but more importantly they shared the same customer support ethos as us. The contract we signed is a rolling 30 day contract which speaks volumes, you don't build a business offering contracts like this without rock solid customer service. Highly recommended!
