Our equipment is checked and maintained regularly by our experienced staff to ensure safety. We inspect the equipment after every use and perform routine maintenance and repairs as needed.Are there any age or skill level requirements for renting equipment?
There are no age requirements for renting our equipment, but we do require that all renters know how to swim. As for skill level, we have equipment suitable for all levels, from beginners to advanced paddlers.What is your cancellation policy in case of inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances?
If we have to cancel due to inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances, we will provide a full refund or reschedule the rental. If the renter cancels with at least 24 hours notice, we will provide a full refund. I attended my first ever group session at Egham Lake. India and Josh are amazing instructors, both were welcoming and friendly from the moment I arrived at the location. They were very thorough around safety (including in different conditions), engaged with our group to check the understanding and answered questions anyone had. They were accommodating to everyone's level of ability and offered full support throughout the session. I learned a lot, even though I fell in pretty early and had to be helped back on my board (lol), India made sure I am okay and patiently talked me through how to get back up. I spent most of the time kneeling, but nonetheless I had loads of fun and was being encouraged to get back up and keep trying. Overall, I rate my experience 10 out of 10 and can't wait for more lessons, so I can become confident and have fun. Thank you India and Josh! :)

What a fabulous experience. From easy booking, through great communication to fantastic morning out. Very relaxed atmosphere which helped a lot with nervous student like me. Best introduction to paddle boarding, a lot of useful information, what to look out for. Very knowledgeable team. Highly recommended, will definitely be back.... next year, as sadly missed this season.

We’ve paddle boarded a few times in different places around the UK, but this was the best and we’ve already recommended you to friends! Before we started we had a very informative safety talk and were able to practice moving and turning before we set off. We really liked the friendliness and ease of booking with Paddle Up. The 2 4 1 on a Wednesday meant we could paddle board further and see more of the River Thames. Thank you for an amazing paddle boarding experience, we’ll definitely book again with you.

We were a family group with every conceivable ability. We ranged in age up to 70’s. India & Joshua made everything wonderful for every person there. With an appropriate attention to safety, their approach was relaxed and it worked. We all stood up and paddle boarded. It was a beautiful evening in a lovely spot. I highly recommend Paddle Up lessons and club.
