They listened well and didn't try to push other properties on me. From that moment on, there was constant communication. Not only with me, but with the seller, the solicitor and the mortgage people. Holly, Laura and Natalie were simply amazing at handling the sale of my property. They knew from the start that I had slight reservations about using a smaller family run estate agent rather than a larger corporate one, but I was not let down by sticking to my preference to use local businesses. I was told that the house would likely sell quickly but I was still surprised to have five viewings and four offers within 24 hours of the listing going live, accepting an offer the following day. The team went the extra mile in helping with other services, such as removals too. From the house going on the market to completion took under three months (and I'm sure would have been sooner if not for solicitors!!). All the best for the future and would undoubtedly use again.

We used Page & Co to sell our flat after trying and failing with another agent - the difference was night and day. The other agent (the biggest in the region) promised the world but only scraped a couple of viewings over 10 weeks - Page & Co took over and had more viewings with credible buyers within a couple of weeks. They were able to work at our convenience and it felt like they were far more invested in us, being a smaller firm. Holly was on top of everything every step of the way, going above and beyond to keep us updated and informed of developments and liaising with our buyer. Although selling our property was frustrating at times, Holly and her team did everything they could, were always pleasant to deal with, and I’d recommend them to anyone.
