My daughter went here her a couple of months at first she went and she was ok with going, she went to nursery before and really enjoyed it and always liked them situations. One day her behaviour changed, she didn’t want to go to the point she would have a full break down and was saying she was scared. At the time she struggled to talk so we didn’t get much out of her but I felt that something was clearly wrong so I took her out. Now she is going to a another nursery which she expresses everyday how nice it is I started asking her why she didn’t like that other nursery as her talking is much better and that it use to ‘hurt her ears’ so I asked her why and she said her teacher use to shout at her. I remember one time which realising now this is when she started not wanting to go and my partner picked her up and Olivia seemed upset and he asked the lady who brought her to the door how she was and she aggressively answered back saying Olivia didn’t have her listening ears on today. Now she is a young child and these people should be prepared that young children aren’t always going to listen but shouting at a child to a point she will not go back is just not ok. I feel sick to my stomach that even tried to make her go when this event clearly traumatised her. I wish I knew this at the time so I could Pursue this further as this makes me very upset.

My daughter has been attending the nursery since she was 9 months old. She has developed into a confident, funny and clever little girl with the help of the team at Paintpots. All the guys are so friendly and Rebecca will go above and beyond to make sure your children’s needs are catered for. There is such a lovely family atmosphere to the nursery that I couldn’t imagine leaving her anywhere else. Thank you for all of your hard work.

She talks about her friends from nursery all the staff and all the lovely things they do during the day at home. I can't thank them enough for the fantastic care they take of her.

Looked after my little boy who has additional needs. The staff were trained to be able to meet his needs and were very adaptive in being able to provide an environment that he felt safe and secure in. I felt completely at ease each morning that I left him knowing he was being well cared for.

I brought my youngest daughter here after her older sister had attended for 18months before she started school, the staff had always been attentive, caring and just generally lovely so I didn't even consider anywhere else to send her. She flourished so much in there, her speech and understanding of the alphabet, phonics and number was amazing! Paintpots are always the place I mention or recommend when people are asking for preschools.
