I had an issue with my computer where it was in a continual loop due to a stop code: Critical Process Died. I contacted Kurt via text and explained the problem. He picked up the PC at 9am the following morning and returned it at 2:30 pm the same day. The PC is now fixed and working fine. A great service at a very good rate.
