  An excellent all round experience for me for my left knee arthroscopy & partial menisectomy, right from initial consultation, then through surgery and follow-up. Clearly a skilled surgeon as my knee was not in the best of shape prior to surgery, but was more than up to the 4.5 mile walk home after my final sign-off just six weeks post-surgery. Very impressive.

  Mr Jaiswal made my first experience of self-funded, private healthcare extremely positive. I would say it was excellent. From the very first consultation his clarity and thoroughness were impressive. He was caring and honest. He laid out all my options with equal weight. I decided to opt for the private hip replacement route as a direct result of his careful and thoughtful guidance. Every single one of my (and my family's) numerous and often basic questions were answered fully by Mr Jaiswal personally or by his excellent PA Dawn. All of our emails and phonecalls were responded to speedily at every stage which was such a calming and reassuring aspect of the whole process. There was an issue beyond anyone's control but Dawn's calm and excellent approach meant I was hardly aware of the problem. Mr Jaiswal and Dawn went above and beyond my expectations in dealing with that particular problem. Dawn even took a call on her day off to ensure everything was sorted. Immediately after the procedure itself Mr Jaiswal phoned my daughter and kept her fully informed and updated throughout. The care was excellent and I felt completely supported and informed the whole process, I feel I can still call on his advice at any time. The procedure was a complete success and I would recommend Mr Jaiswal in a heartbeat.

  I have great pleasure in providing an excellent review for the care provided to me by Mr Jaiswal. From start to finish my experience was fantastic, Mr Jaiswal providing full description of the procedures, possible side effects and rehabilitation for my total knee replacement. At the initial consultation I was comforted by his professionalism and his relaxed and confident manner. I was further impressed by the quality of his team and the operating theatre experience. I quickly regained good mobility and little pain after only 6 weeks and now have good flexion in the knee after only eight weeks. I am 67 years old so the results are extremely impressive and my knee is still improving.

  I had private knee surgery in March 2021 at Highgate Private Hospital. I was rather apprehensive about the whole process. Dr Jaiswal was excellent from start to end and beyond. During first consultation he was very informative and knowledgeable and gave excellent tailored advice. Very caring and unrushed approach. He visited me before and directly after the operation to make sure I was fine. Always ready to answer my questions. He went that “extra mile” when he did not have to do. Something you don’t often see these days. Highly recommended from personal experience!

  An expert in his field, Dr Jaiswal is extremely knowledge but most of all he is kind. As a young woman of colour, it has been particularly difficult to access treatment for my hip pain. I spoke with three orthopaedic surgeons at leading hospitals on the NHS and none were very sympathetic or willing to operate despite the excruciating pain I was in. Dr Jaiswal was the first consultant who took my pain seriously. There is no doubt he is extremely capable as proven by the many contributions he has made in his field, but one thing that must not be underestimated is the true kindness and genuine care he has for his patients wellbeing. It is a huge decision to have hip surgery in your 20s, even more so during a pandemic, so it was extremely important that I find a consultant who took the time to listen and make sure I understood my diagnosis and the procedure. My family were unable to attend my consultations or the hospital on the day of my arthroscopy due to covid. Nonetheless, Dr Jaiswal called to talk them through the procedure beforehand and even called after my surgery! Dr Jaiswal is extremely passionate about the work he does and truly cares for his patients. I’m very grateful to have been treated by him and recommend him highly. He takes the time to listen and will talk you through a treatment plan which works for you whatever your financial circumstances

  Dr Jaiswal's treatment and overall care are second to none! Dr Jaiswal made me feel very comfortable from the very beginning and always took time to really explain things in detail. He was very clear and patient which meant the world to me. I hadn't had the best experience with my previous consultant so I was very grateful for Dr Jaiswal's patient and genuine care. There's no doubting Dr Jaiswal's experience and expertise. If you take time to read up on his past achievements it will give you the peace of mind you need before starting any treatment with Dr Jaiswal. I simply cannot recommend Dr Jaiswal highly enough! Overall, I am very grateful to have had the opportunity to have Dr Jaiswal as my consultant. He is clear, decisive and extremely caring and has been throughout my treatment.
