    I only had a room for one, the room was tiny but suffice for what was needed. Very near hyde park and kensington. Very clean and very freindly staff which i have found a rarity in london. I have motability priblems but had a lift which was perfect. Not sure about wheelchair access as i only use a walking stick. Good price for location. The only problem i could see was when the weather is hot because a fan would definatley be required but maybe the reception provide this. Lovley stay and will return soon.

    It was a cheap room, and it showed. The room was just wide enough to fit the double bed in. The mattress was lumpy and had a dip in one side. The blind in the window was broken, and you could only open the window an inch. The room backs onto other buildings, which all have fans, that go off every hour. The walls were stained in places, the pleather on the stool was splattered with paint. The TV would only work at a certain angle, and that was precarious. The shower was OK, but the cubicle was grim. The bathroom was tiny, as was the sink. The toilet seat kept sliding about. The towels were lovely and thick, just a bit rough. The stairs were narrow. Not the best night sleep, and I do not recommend this place, even if it is close to Hyde Park

    Spent two nights here, first night checked in quite late, the room they give us was a nightmare but they said they're fully booked so can't get changed- mould ,dirty, very old mattresses but we wanted just to sleep. very small room to be twin room (i don't know how they can comply with regulations - if there are) The day after we asked to get a better room and they gave us something similar but slightly better. The receptionist do what they can but the place need a proper renovation. 100£ish for 2people / 2nights
