    Absolutely appalling customer service from this garage. Bought a relatively new car a year ago and I have had to return the car three times ( twice on the back of a recovery truck ). Every time it goes in the garage for repairs the service is awful. No one phones to update you on what's happening, when you phone up no one's interested in speaking to you. You get sent to the switchboard or just sent to a random person who's equally as confused why I have been sent to them. I have been told numerous times I would get phoned back but no one bothers to phone. It seems if they have received their money they no longer care for customer service. I have also contacted head office with a formal complaint in regards to the poor condition of the car but I'm yet to receive a reply. Definitely do not recommend this garage or this company and I will not be returning in the future when I need a car.

    Tried to have my cars first service when I got it. The operator said they would call me back. They didn't. Called three times the next day on 24th December to get a service and the phone rang out. Got it seviced in a local garage. I called about a warranty repair today and they said they would call me back. Is this a de javu.

    My experience with this place has not been good at all. The first issue is that it took 3 phone calls before I was able to book in for a service. Each time I was told that the Kia representative was on the phone. Why is there only one person who can book appointments?! The second issue is the location. I’m sure it’s very cheap and convenient for the owners to be out in the middle of nowhere, but for someone dropping off a car it is a real pain. It is miles from any train stations or towns with a taxi service etc. If you don’t have a second car then forget it. Lastly, both years I’ve been here for a service I have dropped my car off at exactly 8am, the earliest allowed. Despite this, my car is not serviced and released until right on 5pm, leaving me without it all day and then having to get home in rush hour traffic. What is the order that they work on the cars?? Surely dropping off early is an advantage for them so you’d think they work on the cars in that order. Sadly not. My car goes back to the lease company this year, and I can honestly say that my experience here has put me off getting another Kia, despite the car actually being very nice.
