During what was a long wait due to the global supply issues, I was kept fully up to date by Jordan on a regular basis regarding delivery dates from JLR, anyone looking to buy a new Land Rover should ask for Jordan by name, she really made the buying process very straightforward, has a great deal of product knowledge and is a great asset to Parks. Bought a car from parks in Inverness not quite a year in. Car has been back and forth umpteen times and they still can't get it right!! Now a new noise has occurred and sent in videos of the defects 2 weeks ago and no one can be bother to get in touch with us. They also didn't supply me with an mot certificate when purchasing the vechial so iv had to now chase them for that. Iv never had any bother before this car with them at all but this one they sold me must be out of a lucky bag
