Bought 2 items from online shop and paid by card. This would be my second time buying from them. The first order went smoothly and I thought we could have a long term business relationship. Anyway, during checking out, I chose to collect the item from Redditch trade counter which is near my city, about over an hour drive. I got confirmation that one of items was not in stock but the other item was ready for collection. Upon arrival the guys there were surprised I was even there to collect this item. Called Bristol and it got worse - the item which was confirmed ready for collection was not in stock either. Okay I was fuming. No fibbing cos I had wasted fuel and my time for nothing! I cancelled this order to get a refund and I left. This was on 4th December 2021. To this day NO REFUND, but a run around. Please can I get my refund? I didn't need to do this but your lack of attention to me gives me no choice.

Have used Patterson's for many years and always enjoyed a browse round the showroom, which resulted in me buying things. Called yesterday to find that the showroom is now closed and counter service instead. Unfortunately we were behind a couple who were buying quite a few items, only one person serving. Waited for about 10 minutes, without any sign of being served soon, so we left and ordered the items we required from Amazon.

Worst experience ever. Ordered my student pack before checking in turns out there is nothing in my room. Emailed them and theres no reply, tried to called them few times and the lady was not intended to help at all, she just simply answered that she has no time to check the email. I came from far away and after a long flight, and I dont even have a pillow and blanket to sleep with. I am definitely filing a complain about this.
