    I have used this shop many times, but yesterday I went in to order a £20 arrangement for valentines day, details were taken and noted in the book , the lady serving me was called into the back and returned to advise for next Monday they were £25, I asked why and she said because it is valentines day, told her to keep her flowers, blatant profiteering, will not be going back
