Steer clear of this one. After visiting my house to quote for works, and then receiving the quote, a day was agreed that suited both of us. The day agreed was crucial as I have plasterers in on the 8th October. I checked the night before he was due to arrive to finalise entry to the property. This was at 20.22 on the 28th September. All appeared OK and he acknowledged my email. At 08:02 on the 29th September he informed me that he could not do the work until at least 10th October, which is no good for me. At least he apologised. He was doing another job yet did not think or consider me at all. Personnely, this caused me a lot of grief as I had to get a carpenter at short notice, which I wanted to avoid, but I did manage it. I would not recommended Radford to anybody and would certainly warn them of his lack of reliability. My advise, based on my experience, is too avoid this carpenter.
