These people will take Ur money and not give u Ur product we paid 47 upfront and 17 a week until I got a email My fitting day was cancelled and they tried say cause 1 direct debt didn't go through but bare in the mind the company has already had 47 and 2 loads off 17 off me I have cancelled and requested a full refund the guy who does Ur quote will block Ur number and tell u deal with the office who if Ur lucky u might get to speak to someone these ar terrible !

Cancelled due to Corona, took over 3 months to "partially" refund, would not fully refund! Carried on taking money from me after cancellation! Charged £20 to cancel even though there wasn't much anyone could do due to the business being closed! Shocking customer service, so many complaints on their Facebook page. Will not use again and would suggest to avoid! All in all they have kept £60, so I've paid them £60 to do absolutely nothing!

Ive had money going out my account by these peole and not received my order in over 2 months i had to cancel my bank card and report it has fraud with my bank has im being blanked by pay per week carpets and beds they just keep saying they will refund me anyway after reporting my card and replacing it they still managed to take more money which i have contacted my bank again they have raised a fraud case now
