    Ordered a single lanyard which arrived at the end of September . Today (just over three months) it broke without any trauma to the joint. I contacted the Managing Director of this firm, Martin Crowson, who tells me that as it's past the 30 day returns period, it's not eligible for replacement. My experience is that they are in breach of contract for the Sales of Goods Act and would recommend you avoid this company.

I was also keep completely informed about delivery times and when my order had despatched. The card is great quality and was a really reasonable price. I will definitely be using this company again.
