Amazing service, staff and a perfect result! I had a wash, cut and blow dry done by Joanna. She was so professional and friendly; she took really good care of my hair and she spent all the time needed to make sure the result was perfect. By her attitude you can really notice that she is very passionate about her job. The saloon is very modern and well decorated so it makes you feel very conformable.

I've been doing my hair at Pearl Hair & Beauty for over five years now and every time I was super happy with the results. The hair stylists are very friendly, polite, knowledgeable and dedicated to their art and work. They'll always advise what works best for your hair even if it means more work for them. The best hair and beauty salon in the area that I always go back to even when I have to travel across London to get there.

I gave this review few years back when I used to live at Whitechapel area after the most uncomfortable hair consultation of my life. I haven’t had the treatment with them that time as the consultation was enough for me to understand the level of your service. People goes to salon not just for the treatment but also for pampering themselves. The owner just noticed it as I have updated a spelling mistake... Lol... U guys should definitely work on your customer service rather than giving such replies. Cause someone will never have that much time to write such long review if u guys haven’t definitely done something horrible with them. I will definitely not remove this review because of your false claim. People should know that how you guys treat your clients if they write about the bad experience at your salon. My Review was- "Went for a quick consultation on hair color and cut because I was looking for recommendations... OMG... The body language and treatment of the hair consultant was horrible... Asked for suggestion for hair when she started giving irritating lecture about taking decisions of life rather than any professional advice...!! And through the whole consultation I felt so uncomfortable because the lady didn’t even smile for once...!! So unprofessional...! May be they were having an appointment next but I will suggest them not to put anyone else for consultation if they r not sure of what they r doing... Surely not gonna go for any treatment at such place...Ruined my mood for the whole day...!!"

Went to the salon for a haircut and had a great experience. Stuff was very kind and professional. Have attached the pic of this great restailing as my hairs were really terrible before cutted them around 15 cm and the price was very reasonable I was very happy with the experience I had in general.
