Hotel staff was excellent 👌. The room in need of a refurb paint on bathroom ceiling was peeling really bad to the point flakes in the bath. Two lifts but only one works which is frustrating when waiting in busy periods. Breakfast was perfect .

The staff are so miserable that’s probably because there was not enough of them. Not one hello or smile during our stay. Had to queue/wait 30 mins for our breakfast. Bread was frozen at breakfast. Had to go to reception to ask if we could get a drink as no one attended the bar. Cutlery and tables dirty and sticky floors.
