Sean Quirk at Pebley Beach under very trying circumstances worked hard to keep me updated and best informed he could during the 15 month wait for my vehicle. I fully appreciated it was Hyundai's fault and not Pebley Beach, so I was happy to " stick with him" until my Kona arrived. The hand over was a joyous occasion as you could imagine, and Sean had arranged a few surprises that was very much appreciated. Oh, and we very happy with the car!!

Most of the People are great that work here very helpful. But I got a call about my car service being due so booked it in and got asked if I would like a courtesy car which I said yes I would like. Once i took my car for the service I was produced a manual car which I cannot drive as I do not have a manual licence. I think this is very bad, copy’s of my license have been taken many times and I have been with this company for 4 years now. I feel very anoyyed and upset by this. Lucky that I had someone with me who is able to drive a manual car as they had no automatic cars in store available for courtesy car. I am very annoyed because I shouldn’t have to ask for an automatic car myself. Maybe should be a question that is asked to the customer!
