I have never in my 22 years in the UK come across an estate agency that is so unbelievably efficient, knowledgeable, friendly and helpful until I discovered Peepal. They are always so quick to respond and offer sound advice. Some agencies only have the landlord's interests as priority. Peepal are unique in that they not only care about the landlord, but go out of their way to ensure their tenants are happy as well. I had a boiler that broke down on a Friday at the beginning of winter. I was expecting them to only be able to send someone over on the Monday of the following week. They arrived within half an hour of me calling them. They have offered advice and contacts for local services and products and unlike other agencies follow up to ensure the tenant is well looked after and happy. They have also made the transition from renting a house to the check out process so smooth and uncomplicated. They explain everything clearly and professionally. My only gripe is that I wish more agencies were like this! Thank you so much to all of you for everything you did for me whilst I rented a property through you.
