    I dont understand why this company is the only one recommended by Dudley Council. They are incompetent, greedy and expanded too quickly due to greed. They are happy to advertise they help 1 million service users but don't declare the interest they make from this money and I havnt been paid again. I am brassic and I know I'm not the only one. I work for 3 service users and word is spreading fast. People plus will lose so many service users if they continue not pay the carers that look after their service users then they will lose a lot of custom. Up until now I haven't had any correspondence from them but they somehow found the time to call one of my service users whilst I was on shift in an attempt to "manage" his accounts. It was a straight up No from him because he too has heard such bad things about people plus. Look after your service users and their staff or you will be punished. In time. This isn't person centred. They are self centred.

    A change in their digital system means I had to sign the form three times. Tutors may need to mark students work in a more timely manner as the student only gets 7 days resubmit their work .
