We've used Petpals for many years now to look after our 2 cats while away, for both long and short trips. Whichever person comes and attends to the cats has always been so kind and given them excellent care, keeping in touch when requested and leaving a thorough account for when we come back. I could not rate this company any higher - our cats are so much happier being able to stay home rather than going through a distressing experience of staying in a cattery.

We were very impressed with the professionalism and caring that was shown to our cat Bobby. Our cat is 17 years old and we found that it was much better to have Petpals ,rather than a cattery, come to our home twice a day. Bobby seemed very content after we returned from our short break and we will definitely use Petpals again as they gave us peace of mind.
