Our fire alarm had been set off accidentally and we couldn't get it to stop ringing! PFS where very helpful. They told us how to turn off the alarm over the phone, and then came out to reset the alarm later in the day. It was a call out on a Saturday, but after calling several emergency alarm specialists, PFS where the only one's to pick up! Very helpful and made sure we knew how to reset the alarm if this happened again. Thank you very much!
