If I could give 0 stars I would. 'Estate Agent' posed as a Hamptons employee and left my family's flat in what can only be described as a sabotaged state. Neither bathroom had a working shower and many of the other fixtures that were assured to be working were in absolute disrepair. After moving in before the lockdown, were assured on multiple occasions that all the issues would be resolved, however now they're blaming the lockdown as the reason nothing has been dealt with. Having to live in a flat that is completely filthy and uninhabitable is a disgrace, I have never been so disgusted before in my life. Would never recommend.

Who takes off 600 cleaning fee for a perfectly clean 1 bedroom flat? Unprofessional- the estate agent said he would come to check the status of the property but did not turn up both times. The agent, who is the "Salesman of the year" then to ask us to pay for fees for the period AFTER we left the flat - what a joke.
