After placing an order with PHG I heard nothing back for over two weeks. I then chased them up to be told something had gone wrong in the system and although my money had been taken the order hadn’t been processed. They assured me this was now resolved. That was a month ago and I still haven’t received my products. Very disappointing.

5 STAR service all round. From the initial -very helpful- telephone consultation, all the way to super super fast delivery it was nothing but a 5 STAR service. Ordered Thursday AM and received Saturday PM. Can’t ask for more really can you. Heritage brass handles were super heavy, sturdy, and classy. What a hidden gem of a company.
