Having trained as a midwife and worked as a doula, I was keen to find a masterclass course that would allow me to bring my reflexology training together with the birth world. I chose Phoenix Holistic & Complementary Training because it was the only course I could see that provided pregnant "feet" to practice on. I attended the "Reflexology to Support Pregnancy Masterclass" on 1st October 2022, and even travelled all the way from Edinburgh to attend. I was not disappointed! The masterclass was well worth the journey, with Michelle, our instructor, being so welcoming, friendly and most of all incredibly knowledgeable about the content she was teaching. Having done my initial reflexology training in a very large group, the small class size of the masterclass meant I had plenty of opportunity to get individual attention throughout the day and felt able to ask any questions. Learning the techniques and then being able to practice on the feet of people who were actually pregnant allowed me to feel the differences in the feet during pregnancy and gave me confidence that I would not do anything "wrong" when working on somebody who was pregnant. I would 100% recommend this masterclass to anybody who is keen to provide reflexology during pregnancy and postnatal, as well as to support clients during pre-conception.

5 star⭐️- *Brilliant* *experience* I was thinking of starting the course, but was worried if I would like it or not. So I decided to do the discovery back massage day for a little taster. I’m So pleased I did as I got to meet my teachers (who are fun and well experienced) and experience a day with lovely like minded people. We all enjoyed a day of massage and got a massage myself which was bliss. Also got to ask questions about the course which put my mind at ease. I enrolled the next day! Cara

Really pleased that I chose a Phoenix training course to complete my Reflexology to Support Pregnancy qualification. It really felt like a bespoke course that catered to the needs of the learners. I was also very impressed with the class numbers - we were a very small group but this meant that we received individual attention when needed - fantastic. The venue is lovely, easy to get to and well equipped with everything we needed. I thought it was such a good idea to have pregnant clients for our afternoon session. They absolutely loved the treatments and it really helped to build confidence. I would definitely recommend to any reflexologists wishing to expand their skillset and earn some CPD points. Michelle was a very attentive, approachable and knowledgeable trainer who helped me feel relaxed and welcomed.
