Useto be a great shop to go to whenever I got a new phone to get a screen protector and a case however today after a week I saw a small crack on the side. My phone is always in a safe pocket where nothing is in it and my trousers is tough chinos anyways the way I was spoken to wasn’t great service. The guy spoke to me like I was some criminal and I was laughing remember it’s Ramadan why would I lie. So he replaced it for free then rudely told me to bin the broken screen and the stuff he used to put it on said he would charge me next time. I have brought screen protectors that have lasted more than 3 years and I won’t be coming to this shop again

Zak helped me to look at options for a replacement screen for an iPad Pro. He kindly told me in advance of doing any work that the home button might not recognise fingerprints with the replacement screen. So I decided not to get the replacement and look for an alternative. Zak is honest helpful and I really appreciated that he did not let me go ahead with the screen replacement when it would not have been a perfect outcome for me.

Every time I try to call your contact number I go to voicemail. You have had my phone in repair for over a month. Could you please update me or at the very least give me the phone back? Ive come to the shop several times recently to find that it is shut.

These guys replaced the broken screen on my Samsung Galaxy S6 very quickly for a reasonable price. Also, as they couldn't source the right colour bezel, they let me buy and supply my own replacement screen. I'm very pleased with their quality of service. Edit: I broke my screen again and had the same positive experience with Phonefix. Two thumbs up.

**DO NOT GET YOUR PHONE FIXED HERE** I went to this store to get my phone screen fixed as the phone worked fine but the front screen was smashed, they took my phone to fix it, broke the back of the phone (which was not damaged going in), to the point where it was shattered in to pieces, and they demanded i pay for them to replace the back & would not give the phone back to me. I felt helpless, I couldn't call anyone for help and I had to pay £180 for them to replace the front screen and back covering. I wouldn't have paid & would have just left, but I had all my personal details, photos and logged in accounts on that phone, so I needed to get it back. It was humiliating & they were extremely rude. I'd suggest not bothering & going somewhere else, they arent trustworthy. Also, they are extremely overpriced. 1 star is kind.
