I would highly recommend Physio & Therapy London. I had to go for a few appointments to help me with back pain and this was the best physio I have ever had. For once I was not told to stop playing my sport and just relax, they were understanding and found a way to help me with the pain. The clinic is really clean and everyone is really kind there. I saw Steve a few weeks after my ACL reconstruction surgery, for help with range of motion in my knee. At that stage post-surgery I was a little nervous of people handling my knee but Steve was very professional and encouraging, and made me feel comfortable immediately. I found the treatment very effective and walked out much more confidently and comfortably than I had walked in. I often recommend Physio&Therapy, and have always heard positive feedback from anyone who has gone there!

Gemma is by far the best, most knowledgeable and effective physiotherapist that I've found. Gemma and the team are always friendly and welcoming and Gemma has never failed to fix me and get me up and running and able to achieve my goals come race day. I can't recommend Physio and Therapy highly enough.
