    The WORST dry cleaner service in London! Try to avoid this store! They are so unprofessional. I asked for my coat to be dry cleaned and altered. It took almost 2 weeks and they forgot to fix the hole… never again. I went to the dry cleaner 10 meters further away and they did a superb job!

    I used this company multiple times. Unfortunately, they ruined one of my suits and took no responsibility. I had a suit cleaned and assumed that it would've been done to a standard of service that I'd been used to when using this service. Due to this, I didn't check the result right after receiving it (my fault). About a month later (life is busy), I tried to wear the suit to a wedding, but after taking it out of the original plastic I noticed large, red blotches across the trousers of my suit. They had ruined my suit. They offered to clean it again (how nice), but the results were the same, ruined. When I tried to claim compensation for this, they told me that since 28 days had past there was nothing they could do. Nowhere in the ToS does it say anything about 28 days disqualifying anyone from compensation. The Consumer Rights Act 2015 says nothing about this as well. They stopped replying to my emails and didn't offer me compensation or even a refund on the services. I will never be using this company again. Update: Yes, let's be fair. I came back a month later due to me putting the suit on for the first time since cleaning to attend a wedding. People do have formal events with long durations between. I was horrified that I had discolouration and lucky that I had an extra suit. I never took it elsewhere (not once did you mention this in emails), and I told you that I kept in the plastic in my emails. You said that I "should have aired it out," yet I've never had to do that with any other dry cleaning I've ever done, not even when I'd used your service before and there was no problem. You cleaned my suit a second time, yet it didn't work. It didn't get the damage that your company did to it. The stain, as the images I sent the company indicated, was subtle, but large. One really had to look to see it. I can understand why it was missed. But, I cannot understand why someone who had used your service multiple times prior was treated as if they were trying to scam you. You ruined my suit and I wanted compensation for you doing so. This is not an unreasonable request.
