Gary came out to us to sort out a problem with rodents in the loft. He was kind enough to speak to our neighbour and was able to identify a possible problem within their property where the rodents were coming in and travelling through the lofts. Gary made four weekly visits, putting fresh poison in our loft each time. The neighbours took his advice and since then the problem seems to be sorted. We would highly recommend Gary. He was very knowledgeable and extremely thorough and professional. Unfortunately, as a very last resort, had to call upon Pied Piper’s services for a mole problem which had made the garden unsafe to walk on for my elderly neighbour. Boss Gary responded very swiftly and attended within a couple of days to assess the problem. Very professional, amiable and sympathetic to Wildlife. Was swiftly able to resolve the mole issue. Communication spot on and very reasonably priced. First time we have used this service and would definitely use them again if required. 100% recommended.

When PP arrived they listened as I explained my issue of movement/scurrying between ceilings after inspection of my property to highlighting potential area's of entry, after lifting a manhole cover and finding it to be an area to investigate further as debris and soil showing, possible cracks in sewer pipe under property allowing pests to enter. In the mean time Baiting areas of known movements within the ceilings to eliminate visitoring guests. Very professional and methodical in the approach to my problem. We recently had an unwanted visitor in the loft. Booked an appointment with Gary from Pied Piper who came over within a couple of days at a time to suit us. Such a super nice and honest gentleman. Very professional and clearly knows his stuff. Inspected my property, knew exactly what to look for and quickly identified the possible entry points. He gave some really great advice and peace of mind. Touch wood, we've not had any more visitations from the pests. We would not hesitate to use Pied Piper again and couldn't recommend them enough. Thank you Gary very much, would definitely recommend, very approachable and knowledgeable. Helped me out the same day, my Solar panel engineered had fled the loft earlier due to an influx of wasps. As it happened I did not have a wasp nest...next door does, Gary would not accept payment and that does not happen very often. Touch wood no wasps today, thank you again.
