Excellent. Russell & Matt were professional, polite and did a great job in clearing out birds and their “presents” from our solar panels before cleaning and then fitting mesh. Impressively, they carried out unrelated work at no charge, such as cleaning the gutters and panels, fixing roof tiles, mending an errant drainpipe connection, etc. Because of the build-up of excrement over the years the job took much longer than anticipated when quoting but they kept to the original quote. All round very pleased with PPSP and highly recommended.

Really pleased we went with PPSP after shopping around. PPSP take pride in what they do and have a quality product and eye-for-detail workmanship. They are busy but communication was always prompt and helpful, even when he was on holiday and they were able to come in time to make use of the scaffolding that was already up from the panel install. Russell was great, arrived when he said and was very knowledgeable about the various solar installs and gave me some useful tips and even mended some roof tiles for me while he was here! I was so grateful. I'm confident in quality of the product and pleased with the aesthetic as it is black so blends nicely.

No customer service skills at all. Was fast to give a estimate and take the deposit but then no communication for almost 2 months. After chasing it up was told I was next job and wanted to come the next day.. this was very little notice and I needed to arrange time off work so said I would not be home but happy for the work to happen in my absence. Unfortunately I have not had any response back and that was over a week ago. Will request my deposit back and go somewhere else. Update: Was asked to remove my review without any apology but was told there was availability for the work to be done this week.. I requested they come any time Friday but would not remove my review as it was a accurate account to of my experience.. They have now refunded me my deposit and told me they can not proceed. AVOID.
