Shopping at Pins and Needles is always an incredibly enjoyable and personal experience..everyone is so helpful and passionate about knitting and it really shows in their patience, suggestions and help when choosing your patterns, wool and they are excellent trouble shooters - I've put them to the test several times!! There is an excellent choice of yarns from budget to luxury and the added bonus now of Kingfisher cafe in the same location makes shopping here a great way to spend a few hours! Highly recommend.

I have just read the reviews and am most surprised. I went in today, having travelled from another town. I phoned many times during the morning and got no reply, so took a chance that it would be open. Well it was, but the welcome was non existent, assistant couldn't have been less interested, wasnt sure she wanted to serve me. My daughter walked out. I really should have done the same without a purchase.
