    Ordered an Emperor desk off eBay. Speak as I find and I was very impressed. The desk arrived the following day, even though it said 2-3 days delivery. This was after I had ordered something from another company and they had let me down by taking my money before telling me it was out of stock. In contrast, this was very smooth and trouble-free. It was delivered by DPD and very well packaged. It took 2 of us a while to put it together but parts were very well labelled and packaged and there were all the screws and even some spares, and it is not too daunting if you follow the instructions to the letter. For the price, and the fact it is essentially lots of pieces of MDF, it looks really nice and good sturdy quality. Looks exactly like the website apart from one drawer that seems to be set forward a bit but this could probably be corrected by repositioning the runners. I can't comment on customer service as I've not needed to contact. Some others have obviously had bad experiences but I was very impressed considering the price.

    Bought 2 desk with are of excellent quality for the money and arrived in good order by DPD and very well packaged - even a few spare components in a bag. I am very happy with them, the consideration to design and space use is obvious when you have been working at them a few days. One box came with 2 tops an easy mistake to make at dispatch being all but identical in dimension, but since i can only make one at a time this was no issue. Simply contact them directly via email and then on the phone to follow up, to arrange return and resend which baring in mind was over a weekend when they are not open, all was done and dusted by Thursday - patience is its own virtue. Having learnt from the 1st build the 2nd build flew through. I now have 2.3 meters of organised office space that i am very happy with.

    Ordered a Regal desk in beech. Took a lot of putting together but was no problem. Every part was labelled, every bag of screws and bolts too. Very impressed and looks exactly as it did on the website. Can't comment on customer service as I've not had to call. I would definitely order again and recommend to clients and friends

    Had this desk bought for me as a gift via amazon, the prouct arrived with poor manufacturing, faulty parts (no drilled holes into the metal frames to allow screws to pass through). Rudest customer service I have ever encountered to the point they refused to rectify the issue and turned off live chat, ignored emails and failed to answer any calls. I strongly recommend going some where else as this will only leave you disappointed, inconvenienced (at best), offended by their disregard for customer service and of course out of pocket with a pile of useless metal and wood on your floor. 0 stars

    In total contrast to the previous poster my experience of this company has been superb. Carolina in particular has provided to me probably the best customer service I have ever received. I had a small problem with my order and the manner in which she has resolved my issue was beyond all my expectations. Brilliant firm I couldn't recommend them more highly. Previous poster, maybe it's all down to how you speak to people?
