This has been my go to garage for my fiesta for a couple of years now, and I cannot praise the team here enough. The front of house ladies are always so kind and ready to welcome you with a smile with great communication all round (and canine front of house team are wonderful as well!) Kam is a brilliant mechanic who has gone above and beyond on several occasions, and I am so grateful for the 5 star service I always receive here! Cannot recommend this place enough.

Fantastic garage. Highly recommended, Kam and the team have just MOT'd my campervan. Made the required repairs, brakes etc and then re mot's in 3 days. Great communication from the office team too. Very reasonable pricing. Always felt like the team were trying to keep prices as low as possible. Also felt completely sure they weren't taking advantage of a woman knowing nothing, I dont always feel some garages are like this. I will only use PJS now in the future. Thanks guys, really appreciate you.

Took my car for MOT (07/11/2020) as it was expiring on (30/11/2020) failed for brake pads fair enough, I replaced them by myself took the car back for retest on (09/11/2020) for my surprise the Mot issued 22 days short with expiry date 08/11/2021 when I asked the owner of the Mot Center said we have to issue for 12 months from the date of test. Three months later (18/02/2021) I took my wife’s car for mot (supposed to be expire on 22/02/2021) failed for wheel bearing no issues.. this time I asked them to carry out the work, issued the certificate with correct date with expiry date (22/02/2022). Don’t lie to your customers

Well I feel compelled to write this review after receiving the best and most professional service from PJS Autos. As a 65 year old I only remember receiving such attention and professionalism in earlier times, namely when the customer came first. From my initial phone call to the handing back of my vehicle keys I received a faultless service, the staff are a credit to the company, and I for one in the future will have no hesitation in recommending PJS autos to my friends and family. Wow. I was just amazed with the customer service here. From first enquiry over social media right up to taking the car in for a service. The front of house ladies are lovely and so helpful. Nothing is too much trouble. Car was serviced in good time and had a call to say ready. I also had a little courtesy car too - perfect for convenience. This will definitely be our garage from now on.
