Honestly, this was the worst laundry service I’ve ever seen. It was like the clothes were shoved in the bag. The picture is what my “clean” jeans looked like when I pulled them out. Doesn’t seem to be much in the way of care & attention to detail. But, enjoy that £15!

Clothes were returned wet, wadded up into balls and wrinkled. Had specifically asked for no perfume, however the clothes smelled so strong of fake flowers that I had to rewash them. I almost feel like they added extra perfume to spite me. Would never use again, nor recommend to anyone. And to reply to you, I definitely did not pay for wrinkles, not sure if anyone would do that. We had over 30 loads of laundry done with you through a business that was visiting in town, and all had the same review. I will ask all of them to add their own review. Everyones clothes smelled so strong that they cannot wear them. Everyones clothing has wrinkles and was returned wet. You clearly rushed everyones clothing and did not care to do a good job. I am also missing a shirt, just completely vanished. I put a hand written note in the envelope that had my money asking for no perfume, you took the money but clearly ignored my request. I will continue to let everyone know how you treated a big client with dozens of paying customers.

Ruined my New MARNI trousers. After I indly expained that they need special cleaning and after they awared me that if they ben damaged they would pay compensation. They called the police after I asked them to recover the amount I paid for my trousers once I went to collect them. The guy who works there said he is the owner and he said so many lies......

I rarely share reviews, but do not bother with this place. Took me over 8 trips to this place over a 2 week time period to get a pair of trousers that I had shortened back. “Tomorrow at 11am” “tomorrow after 3pm” I was constantly told. After I initially being told it would take 2 days, 7 days later I picked them up and they hadn’t even shortened them, instead they dry cleaned a pair of brand new trousers that had the tags still attached. Took me an additional 4 trips to them to get them back altered. Didn’t even refund me for the countless trips I had to make to the location. Go elsewhere
