Cold showers which are chargeable to pass members when previously inclusive and a terrible food spread that is all prepacked such as greek salads for breakfast. All Plaza Premium facilities at Heathrow have deteriorated in quality over the past few years from food offerings to surly staff across other terminals.

Booking this lounge in terminal 3 was the best thing I could have done for my elderly mother who had a 5 hour layover in London Heathrow. The staff were wonderful and very accommodating. Nothing was any trouble and even the extra help like connecting to the Wi-fi and helping with cell phone chargers were done with no fuss. Andrea was an angel and everything you would expect from a manager seeing to travellers stopping for a while in this premium lounge. The nibbles and quiet setting was a welcome oasis from the hustle and bustle of terminal 3 at Heathrow. Thank to all who contributed to this little bit of peace and rest. Grateful- Stan.

Not Recommended - Strange location, no hot food but also extremely limited choice of cold food. The only thing they do right is they have a coffee machine and plenty choices of tea. Staffs have little passion to serve customers, they ignore the empty plate in the food fridge (Sandwich, milk and apple juice were all run out) and did not greet customers once they walk in or leave the lounge. Also, shower is not included, £12 for 30 minutes.
