My car was kept in for almost a week during which time Flávio kept me informed and updated daily. He was most tenacious in finding and dealing with the leak. I had great customer service from Jade & the team at Harwoods Portsmouth Audi recently when I had a problem with the electric roof on my Audi TT. Turning up without a booking (as it was raining) then Jade agreed that they would take a look and they went out of their way to help me. I took my Audi to this store, I've had really bad customer service from my finance company, luckily Audi was really organised how they handled everything on their side, the work they did was very professional, the customer service was excellent. A special mention to Ellen who helped me to get my car on the road, even when she was busy with other customers during the time. She always made time for my queries no matter how annoying I was. I will happily use Audi Portsmouth in the future if I need to and hopefully I'd have Ellen to look after my car.
