I messaged previously to find out prices and never got a message back, no prices are on the wall or window. £29 for infills with gel nails, don’t be daft 🤦🏻♀️ they didn’t ask my shape so was stuck with square and didn’t dare ask because they would mean more filing, clearly every time I flinched or said ouch meant nothing. My fingers aren’t just cut they’re literally sore to touch too. The colour is lovely and a good two coats but the rest of it is awful. They’re so scratchy and not filed nicely and my fingers just hurt so much. Don’t know how people are affording designs and stuff on top of this service absolutely daft prices Service: Acrylic nails

I made an appointment online with Summer nails Acomb, York. The appointment was confirmed by email. I arrived early for the appointment, the shop was closed up with no sign of anyone inside. Another person was also waiting and similarly had an appointment at the same time. We waited, telephoned the number displayed on the shop front but the call just cut out as soon as it rang. The business had my mobile number and made no attempt to contact me. I will never use them again and want to alert others to my experience.
