Utter Useless company. the customer service is a joke. You wait over an hour to get through to anyone. and when you do get through they take a further 30 minutes trying to help. it seems none of the staff have real training nor know how to talk to customers. they try and rinse you for more and more money. Even if you email them asking for a call with your mobile number they won't contact you unless you dial out to them. NOT EVEN WORTH 1 STAR*

I have been using Power Shop since it arrived in the UK, it's a shame they are closing down, I have saved a fortune through this company, I only used the App, bought all their cheap power packs. I hope E.on will be has great, will be sadly missed.

Probably the worst company I have every dealt with. I have spent two months emailing and using their web contact form to try to deal with my late father's outstanding bill. They ignore me or try to contact me via the email of an estranged relative. I even emailed the CEO of Eon (their ultimate UK parent company), his PA denied they were anything to do with them! Phoning them is pointless, after a 30 minute wait, as I was explaining, the guy just hung up.

Complete Cowboys! Avoid using this company at all cost. They are trying to claim that I owe them £550 more than any other energy company I've ever used before for the year. They have plucked a number out of thin air and their customer service is absolutely abysmal

I joined Powershop in the hope of saving money but ended up paying more and customer service is so bad that you dread ever calling, from waiting for a long time to talk to someone and then finally when you get through it’s usually not very pleasant. It’s been 3 days now that I want to pay my closing account balance and got tired waiting on the phone on each occasion, my account has been closed so I have no other choice but to call and pay over the phone.

Exceptionally poor customer service. Think this company is just too small to be of any use to anyone they are so incompetent. Do not expect to be able to speak to a human, despite there being a contact number seemingly everything is done online. When they email you there is a disturbing air of arrogance in the way they communicate. Very poor have switched my supplier now.
