    Rather bizzare episode where we had reserved online an item with Prada direct. Item can be held for 7 days as per Prada website info and store staff confirmation. Upon arriving in store we couldn't purchase the item! It appeared someone else had "already reserved it, Just before us" we wondered how the system could have accepted our reservation in the first place...? If you're tempted to reserve an item online with Prada, I suggest you contact the store direct to confirm your item has not been pre-reserved. 🤦‍♂️

    Got in the store and was only looking at bag options and had nothing in mind to begin with. The gentleman helping was so nice and eventually showed me a bag that I really want. Small, simple, all black, chains and logos are black and perfect for everyday use. Ended up getting the bag!
