I had a prolapse after my first child, I was very ashamed to speak about it but mummy's physio team have been amazingly kind and understanding. I did my pelvic floor rehabilitation and after 6 sessions with Sarah. I am totally back to normal as before the birth of Théo. I totally recommend to women with prolapse to go for their prolapse treatment, i feel psychologically and physically much better. Thank you so much

Quite poor quality. Brief assessment, very generic, no real intervention other then massage and some brief advice on stretches. Vague advice on exercise and unhelpful re: support belts, positioning etc. Will not go back to this physio .

Really bed and unfair service. They have never confirmed either via phone call or email tha they have booked me for an appointment, so I had no chance to showing up AND THEY STILL HAVE CHARGED ME FOR IT?! When I explained this case to the Director James Turgis - he couldnt care less, he replied: "Having followed our booking protocol correctly as we do with all our other patients, I cannot agree with your request, and following our 24h Cancellation policy, the session is due." HOW COULD I CANCEL AN APPOINTMENT THAT I DIDNT KNOW ITS DUE? On the top of that he didnt even spell my name correctly. The place is based in a dark basement and went I went there to speak to someone in person about my case, after 30mins wait, I was informed that there is no one to see me or advice me. Website looks nice, but its not what the reality is for sure! Just to add to your reply, unfortunately what you are explaining didn't take place and is incorrect. In my opinion you need to improve on customer service!
