Cheap and cheerful are probably not the best describing words, because nowadays I don't think that £80 could be considered cheap for one night's lodging excluding breakfast. Staff were monotoned and without much "get-up-and-go" but were not unfriendly. The windows did not isolate the road noise outside which is pretty much right next to the annex building. The secondary bed in the twin room was lumpy and uncomfortable, the main double was much better and firmer. The other bed is suited more to a child. In my personal opinion there are not enough teabags or coffee sachets. They do say you can request more from reception but the room we were in was very far and meant exiting the annex and walking outside to get back to it.

Not sure what the difference is for a plus room. Half the TV channels don't work parking isn't the greatest if you arrive later in the evening and the outside needs a dam good clean to make it look more inviting Rooms : 3/5 | Service : 4/5 | Location : 4/5 … More

Waitress was brilliant and had a lovely sense of humour. When she didn't know the answer to a few questions she went and found out the answers. Food was lovely and for the party of 8 all food came out together and all hot. Will go back again. Service : 5/5 | Location : 5/5 … More

Bed is comfortable, although I’ve experienced several house keeping issues since I’ve started staying here, hence the 4 stars. I would like to thank and shout out Claire, Lauren and the long haired blonde lady that work on the reception (I’m sorry, I didn’t get her name!) they make my stay far more pleasant, they couldn’t be more friendly, helpful and happy to assist with any issues I’ve had. These three ladies are a credit to the premier inn brand. Thank you for all your help ☺️. Also to note, it’s situated on a main road, but the traffic noise is non-existent. A good nights sleep.

Firstly, no wifi at all during my stay, had to use my own personal hot spot in my room so I could complete my work. Secondly, I woke up with bed bug bites after a poor nights sleep, the room was dirty when I arrived and there was hairs all over the room, who ever inspects the cleanliness of the room should have a look at themselves. Diabolical.
